How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Articlessupported Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- What happened when you called or contacted Articlessupported Remodeling
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project has gone sideways, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said.
Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Articlessupported Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or act on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@articlessupported.beer and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
